Year-End Report and Fourth Quarter 2024 Report Tuesday, February 18, 2025, 08:45 CET Lappland Guldprospektering AB (publ) is a Swedish gold exploraHon company operaHng in northern Sweden. The company's main project is Stortjärnhobben in southern Lappland, for which a mining concession has been granted. In addiHon to the mining concession, the group holds a porQolio of exploraHon permits with significant gold potenHal. The company hereby presents its financial report for the fourth quarter and the full year 2024. Summary of significant events during the fourth quarter of 2024:

In December, Lappland Guldprospektering AB announced plans to commence an iniHal drilling program in mid-January at the Graninge gold project in SolleWeå municipality. The core drilling will primarily consist of relaHvely short holes to cross-cut the mineralizaHon and provide an understanding of the deposit's geology and extent.

During its iniHal drilling program at Stortjärnhobben, Lappland Guldprospektering encountered a high-grade mineralized zone of 9 meters with an average of 8.5 grams of gold per ton. The summer drilling provided informaHon through mulHple observaHons of solid gold. The drillings indicate a gold-rich zone that may be an extension of previous drill hole intersecHons.

Significant Events A<er the End of the Repor?ng Period

Lappland Guldprospektering AB appointed Fredrik Johansson as the new CEO in January. The company announced that Fredrik will assume the posiHon on March 1, 2025. The current CEO, Karl-Åke Johansson, will remain in his role unHl Fredrik takes over and will then transiHon to Vice Chairman of the Board, responsible for exploraHon, project development, and permits.

Lappland Guldprospektering AB iniHated the permiang process for a trial mining operaHon in Stortjärnhobben. The company announced that it has begun work on applying for the necessary permits for a trial mining operaHon at its gold project in Stortjärnhobben, Västerboben.

Revenue for the fourth quarter amounted to 0 TSEK (0), and earnings per share were -0,85 SEK (-5.8).

Cash and cash equivalents amounted to 19,372 TSEK (3,586) at the end of December 2024.

Financial Summary for the Full Year 2024:

Revenue for the full year 2024 amounted to 2,300 TSEK (0), and earnings per share were -0,13 SEK (-13.5).

The Group's net result aWer tax for the full year amounted to -148 TSEK (-1,221).

The Group's total assets at the end of 2024 amounted to 23,225 TSEK (5,396).

Cash and cash equivalents amounted to 19,372 TSEK (3,586) at the end of December 2024.

Message from the CEO and Incoming CEO Drilling at the Graninge prospect has commenced with five core drill holes, all of which have intersected an interesting mineralized zone, the drill cores will now be logged and analyzed for gold and other metals. At this stage, we cannot provide any details regarding concentrations or quantities until we receive the analysis results and can perform calculations. However, we expect to present an initial assessment within a month. In the early stages of gold exploration, it is very promising to encounter a mineralized zone. Persistent mineralized zones are not easy to find, and we view our findings as a positive result. At Lappland Guldprospektering, we have initiated work, in collaboration with consultants from Sweco and with legal assistance from Alrutz law firm, to obtain permits for a trial mining operation at Stortjärnhobben. The permitting process is quite extensive and includes conducting an updated environmental impact assessment and consulting with relevant stakeholders, including the reindeer herding industry. We have engaged knowledgeable professionals with experience in similar processes, and I look forward to a successful review. In April this year, the Mining Inspector granted a land allocation for the area we now consider necessary for our operations. The land allocation is still under final review by the Land and Environmental Court.
